Ver 5.2.3 released!
The latest version of KIS Utilities ver 5.2.3 is released. Users downloading via CNET may have to check back since it will take some time to process.
Major changes are documented in the KIS Utilities User Guide under Author's Notes.

Ver 5.2.2 released!
The latest version of KIS Utilities ver 5.2.2 is released. Users downloading via CNET may have to check back since it will take some time to process.
The main revision in ver 5.2.2 is mentioned below. Bugs in the Cell Viewer utility has been fixed.
In addition, users using the installation package will discover the dramatic improvements in setup and removal process.
In the previous version, KIS Utilities toolbar remains in Excel even when the program is removed. This has also been fixed. (It was a headache figuring out how to do it though!)

Important notice!
A bug has been identified in the Cell Viewer utility of ver 5.2.1. If you click on the textbox and proceed to make multiple cells selection, the cells get overwritten. Will be fixing this in ver 5.2.2.

Amendments of the KIS Utilities User Guide ver 5.2.1
All users of KIS Utilities ver 5.2.1 may may found that the User Guide section numberings have fallen out of place. However, the contents remained unchanged. Please download the User Guide to overwrite the one that came with your installed files. In the meantime, I will update the installation files with CNET accordingly. Thank you.

Wishing all a Merry Christmas!! and a (coming) Happy New Year!!
Christmas is 2 days away as I write this entry. Well, the year 2008 has ended with a recession that has caused woes among us. Nevertheless, we have got to move on.
Talk about good timing! This joyous day, Christmas, could not have come at a better time to liven up our spirits as we are partly submerged in troubled waters.
Hence, let us forget all our worries for 1 day on Christmas and let the joy and happiness spread to all around the world!

New utility introduced!
Today, I have introduced a new utility "KIS Secure Logon".
This is a security utility, which will prevent unauthorized users from gaining access to your Excel files when you are away from your workstation. As such, this utility is not available for trial evaluation.
Function of the software is relatively simple. Upon activation, your Excel application can only be "freed" with your supplied password.
